I placed order ***** on February 24, 2024, knowing the company was undergoing a business leadership transition. As I couldn't reach anybody, I filed a claim with PayPal and received my money back.The company then contacted me, apologizing and offering to ship the order at a discount. I accepted the apology and paid the discounted $120 on April 24, 2024.A shipment was in transit the next day, but on April 29, the status indicated it was "returned to sender." I immediately contacted Gnome and received a terse response that they were waiting to hear back from UPS.Since then, I have attempted to contact Gnome about half a dozen times without getting a response.My preference would be to have the entire order shipped. However, I have also opened a dispute with my credit card company.Initial Complaint

Gnome placed a charge with my credit card for a subscription that was canceled in December 2023.I have the documentation of the cancelation and the subscription is marked inactive. I received an email notifying ne that this shipped. I want them to credit my card and stop this auto ship that was canceled. If they ship it I will not pay to ship this back to them. I have emailed the company. Charge is pending and I will dispute once pending becomes activeInitial Complaint

Gnome offered a subscription based lawn fertilizer service. Every shipment I received was damaged. However, on December 14th, 2023 they announced they had gone out of business and were closing. They liquidated inventory and sent a farewell email. Fast forward to April 8th, they charged my account for the annual renewal without any communication. The phone number on their website is not active and after several emails they responded to say they are too busy to respond right now.
