I bought JNC wheels from JNC.I Paid: $716.60 for Rear Wheels 19x9.5 Two of them. Once I got them. One of wheel was vibrating. So I ask them for the replacement and they Charge me about $45 for an replacement. so I paid them. They send me the replacement. The wheel they send me it was from different vendor and due to that it wasn't matching my color of the other wheels. so I bought them to the attention and they told me that they don't have it in stock and I have waited for a year and I have been speak with **** and his last response was that the owner is no accepting the replacement anymore. On 1-9-23 **** told me that please call the owner at 9AM on 1-10-23. so I did and this lady **** ***** picked it up and I told her the issue and she was very very rude and demanding me for me to pay the $90 up front and not even listening to my issue and hanged up on me. I have tried calling back several times and no answer at all. I have all the call recordings and emails for proofs. All I needed is to them swap the wheel for no extra charges that I have been waiting for a year. They gave me so much run around. Please help me resolve this issue.Business response

******** placed order with a 3rd party vendor who did not assist him at all with his order. Customer received his **********************, and when one wheel was vibrating, we agreed to take care of him due to the negligence of the vendor. We asked him if he would be okay with paying $45 to get a new wheel shipped out to him, which he agreed to. New wheel was shipped out immediately, and the customer mounted this wheel before inspecting it completely. Customer was advised of our policy which states that once wheels are mounted, they are no longer refundable, or exchangeable. We also advised customer that these ********************** were out of stock, so if he did want another wheel he would have to wait until these are back in stock, to which he agreed. Once wheel arrived to our facility, customer was advised that management had agreed to help him out one more time by giving him a discount on the new wheel. $335 wheel for $90 with shipping included since he had already mounted the wheels.Customer response

They did not mention or give me a full detail about that they will give me another wheel for $90. Instead, the lady was asking $90 from me right away and not explaining to me what it was for and why I had to give it nor any clue what she was asking it for. I have a voice recording of the conversation as well. Also, they sent me a replacement of the wheel that was vibrating, which they should have sent me the right wheel color because when I first bought all four wheels they came in black boxes and the replacement they sent me was in a white box. You can't tell the color of the wheel until you mount it on the vehicle. JNC Wheel didn't think of how I am supposed to drive my vehicle on three wheels?
