Date of Transaction: February 19, 2022 Amount of Money Paid: $**** ********** Wholesale Flowers was to provide me with flowers for my fathers memorial. I made a detailed order with the employee, *******, and gave her very specific details and photos of what I wanted. I made it very clear that I wanted only roses and natural colored roses. When the flowers were delivered they brought me the flower arrangements and they were not correct and I let him know that they were not what I had ordered and paid for, some of the arrangements had flowers that had been spray painted which I specifically asked for natural flowers and when we received them some of the flowers were already dry and dying. I already had guest arriving for the event so I could not return the flowers at the moment they got delivered, but I called right away and let them know the problem. On their ********* page they had pictures of some of flowers days before our event, which is why they were dry and in such bad shape when delivered. I returned to the flower shop on Monday and was told by owner, ******, that his employee tends to do whatever she wants and does not follow the order. But i was charged for something that I did not receive. I called the Police when there because the owner got aggressive with me and the police told me to return the flowers so I did, i brought back all the flower arrangements. The owner refused to talk to me once I told him that I did not receive what I paid for and I wanted money returned because I was charged for something that I did not receive. The invoice I have has specific instruction and details for what I wanted and the employee, ******* wrote everything down herself so their was no reason for me to not have what i ordered ,I was very unsatisfied and heartbroken with what I received for my dads funeral memorial Invoice #'s ***********************
