Buyer beware.
I ordered the wrong size by mistake and minutes after placing the order I reached out to their concierge, ******. He told me they couldn't change the order once it was placed. I received the order and immediately emailed(since there isn't a phone number) to let ****** know I needed a return label to return the boots. He apologized and said the label is in the box. I told him it was not. He insisted that I look again. I took pictures and told him again there's no label. Then he said he attached it to the email. He did not. The only thing attached was a return form; I need a ***** return label. Anine Bing only allows 14 days to return items.
I continued to request, several times now, for a return label and twice they said "it's in the box", then twice they said "it's attached to this email". It is not attached to the email. They are now taunting me with apology emails and each time I ask it they could please send the label again. Each time they just apologize, yet they have never sent the return label.
