I have repeatedly tried to deal with this company but just get the runaround. I placed 2 orders of clothing. It was 7 items. The order numbers are XXXXXXX XXXXXXX I received several emails from their email address & also received messages on messenger. They claim the orders have been shipped but don't give a tracking number When I asked about it in messenger I was told to go to the customer service. Supposedly the orders have left their warehouse but never have a tracking number or anything about delivery date. Even say something about having to get materials to have one of the items made. Ask me to be patient. But seem to have no idea where the orders are. I have been charged $100.97 on my credit card. Have repeatedly asked for a refund or my order. Their attitude is like I am the one who's in the wrong. If the orders have left the warehouse they should be out there with some shipping company. One time they did send me a tracking number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Supposedly a FedEx number but it is not. I feel like I have been lied to. Treated rudely. Just want my money back or the orders. Thanks for any help you can give me.
