      This is the second email I have sent inquiring the status of my order. The original order was place on ***** *** **** with a shipment arrival between ***** days; the *** of *** was the ** day ****. It is now *** *** **** and I still have not received the item. I am requesting a refund of the item since I have not received my item and the time frame in which it was promised to be delivered has relapsed. ORDER #*************** Customer Care Response to my email complaint Hi *********, I'm so sorry but, unfortunately, returns are not possible as per our returns and exchanges policy. However, if there's a manufacturing defect or sizing issue, we'll be happy to set up an exchange for the same item in the same color (only size changes are possible). Please let me know if you'd like to proceed with this.

      The date of the transaction was May 1,2022. The amount debited from my account was ******** I paid for ********* ******** *** business days. The company sent a message through the Shop app that the dress was ******* and provided a ******** number from ***** When I checked the tracking number on the USPS site it stated the ******** number was not valid. I placed 5 phone calls to Doll and could only leave a voice message. I never received a call back. I then emailed them 3 times regarding the ******* ******** number they messaged me back on the third attempt. Extra Doll email stated the tracking number again and ****** **** for the delay. I stated in another email that I called **** and questioned the tracking number. I was told by the **** **************** that the tracking number provided by Extra Doll was not a **** number because all **** tracking numbers begin with a number 9 and are 18 or more digits. The tracking number that Extra Doll provided was XXXXXXXXXX. Not even close to a real USPS tracking number. I requested a refund for the item I did not receive and Extra Doll stated in an email they do not give refunds. The company is exhibiting fraudulent behavior. I never received the dress and was offered no return of my money for the item I did not receive. I want to make a formal complaint against Extra Doll for taking my money without sending me the product. They basically ***** ******* from me with no resolution from Extra Doll. I also see numerous other complaints filed against them on the **** They should be shut down and fined for ********** activity and ******** money from **********

      I ordered this dress on February 21st, 2022. The dress wasn't shipped out to me until February 24th, 2022. I paid this dress using the biweekly payment plan called ****** ****** My payments are ******* My first payment was on March 8th, 2022. The biweekly schedule is as follows: March 22 April 5 April 19 I received my order on March 9th. And every since I have received my order, I have been trying to get in contact with them and I have not heard any response. They finally emailed me back today saying they refuse to give me a refund. I even tried to email them through their website but no one contacted me back. This is very annoying because I spent good money of this dress. It wasn't something that was like $50 dollars. This company is very unprofessional and it is annoying at this point. At first I was going to ask for a partial refund but now I want my full refund. The dress was literally nothing like the advertised picture. The material is extremely ****** And the dress itself does not even look like it's worth $160. All screenshots have been attached below. When it comes to peoples money, no one should play around with that at all. At the end of the day, it is a business that they're running and they need to run it in a proper way instead of sending their customers cheap clothing.

      I purchased a dress online for $182. I tried to get in touch with the company within their 14 day window to exchange the size. I was dissatisfied with the quality and the dress was much shorter than in the photograph. I would have accepted an exchange to a smaller size. They would not respond to any of my emails or requests. I then contacted my credit card company to try to dispute it. But now they have asked me to pursue it on my own and reach out to the company. Extradoll never replied to any emails and don't answer the phone number. I just don't want others to fall for the same business practices. I would like to get a reimbursement if possible. But if you could just get the company to reply to me, I would be satisfied with that.
