I would like everyone to know that our experience ordering from dress outlet has been amazing! Our order came in two days and we were refunded our 3 day delivery fee! To any potential shoppers: save your money and shop somewhere reputable like Azazie.Longer explanation and timeline:I ordered 2 dress on 11/24. On 11/27 I was told their credit card company flagged my order and put a hold on payment. I sent the requested details, but it is worth noting I have never had a flag in any other online shopping experience.On 11/29 I was told that one of the dresses was out of stock. I requested a different size. I was provided with a new order number for the new size. On 11/30 I received a shipping e-mail that both dresses from the original order had shipped, even though I was told one was out of stock. The next day I received a refund notice for the out of stock dress, then almost immediately received an invoice for that same dress. They asked me to pay that invoice as I was apparently incorrectly refunded. On 12/5 I received an e-mail that "One item in your order has been delivered." I was still waiting for the other dress to see if I needed to return both. Not wanting to miss the 1-week return policy, I e-mailed on 12/11 inquiring about returning the one I DID receive and to get an update on the one I didn't. The next day, 12/11, I was told that they shipped both dresses; they provided tracking details for the first one, but (conveniently) no tracking details for the second (which I still have not received). On 12/12 I provided them with a detailed timeline and reminded them that they have yet to provide tracking information for the second dress they claimed to have shipped and that regardless, I wanted to return the first one. I was informed that my request was past the 1-week return policy time frame. I received the dress on 12/5 and inquired about a refund on 12/11, within the 1-week time frame.The lack of customer service and the number of s**** *** by this company for a single order is absolutely ridiculous. I wish I could give this company zero stars because they are easily the worst company I've ever had the displeasure of working with. I ordered two of their dresses through Shop because they gave me a coupon for their company (and thank god they did because I only ended up wasting about fifty dollars of my own money on these dresses). I found a different dress that I liked more than the ones I ordered from them within twenty hours of placing my order with them and went in to request a cancellation only to be told that I could only request a cancellation within one hour of placing my order and that my order "had already been sent". I put this in quotes because my order was sent THIRTY minutes AFTER I requested a cancellation on a Friday, around seven in the evening, on a holiday. I found this extremely suspicious. Now, to my surprise, the dresses I ordered actually came to the door and my goodness are they hideous. I should have known better than to purchase polyester dresses. Cheap, smelly, shedding, garments are what I received. The sparkly dress looks tacky and like it came from the costume section for a ***************** outfit. The other one is the exact color of the Starbuck's barista apron. And just for those of you not in the know about fashion, clothes this expensive should NEVER be made out of polyester. EVER. It's extremely cheap and itchy material and likely mass-produced.The dresses I got are final sale so I'm sure they'll find a better use after being recycled and turned into tires or bottles, but I suggest everyone stay away from this company unless you enjoy 20% restocking fees. In my opinion, you'd be better off looking on Amazon or ****'s. This company is a major let down.The Dress Outlet Inc Response
