      I ordered a pair of Levis jeans. I was sent a counterfeit pair. Theyre charging $98 for fake Levis and passing them off as real. No response from the company or refund.

      I placed an order for a dress in two different sizes, medium and large, from this website on July 26th. I paid full price when placing this order. After placing the order I noticed the website was offering a 20% off coupon and asked if I could receive the 20% discount on my order. I received an email indicating that the 20% off coupon would be applied to my order. This email did not indicate that in applying the 20% off coupon that the items would not be eligible to receive a refund back to my original payment my credit card. I received the dress I ordered in two different sizes. The dress did not fit in either size. I initiated a return of the dresses. Instead of receiving a refund to my card, this website indicated that I am only eligible for a store credit. Their website specifies that - "Clearance items and final sale items are not returnable or returnable for exchange only, please see item page for details." When placing my order there was nothing that said the item would be a clearance or final sale item. The email I received that said I would receive the 20% off discount did not say that the items at the 20% off discount would be a clearance or final sale item. This company is refusing to refund my credit card and is dishonest in their policies and communications to consumers. This company has no customer service number to call, only an email. I sent four emails today to address this issue and no one wrote me back. I request that I be refund to my credit card the full amount of the return.

PLease remove my personal contact information, name, phone number, email and address from this post. I do not consent to your use of my personal information on your website.

      Placed an order through their website,************, received a box missing two items. They do not have a phone number. They list an email address on their site that they don't respond to. It is very scary that this business has no customer service. If they did in fact send all of the order, they would need to investigate the shipping journey on behalf of the customer

Here is her email to us from ***** "I also wanted to let you know - the package I sent back weighed 3 LB 11 oz. ****** said that the package you sent to me was 4 LB and 11 oz. (See attached receipt) You are right - you sent me a package that weighs more than what I'm sending back - presumably because you sent me the two dresses as you are saying. I asked my neighbors if they had seen anything strange - not expecting anything - and my neighbor right across from me told me that two of her packages went missing when delivered to her door and one was opened and tampered with. She filed a police report. She also took a pic of a package in front of my office (212) because it came, went and then was placed back. What I wanted to share with you is that this wasn't your fault. And I know you've been telling me that, and I just wanted to write it. I also wanted to tell you that as a small business, I can imagine how frustrating it must be for you when people are dishonest. I also wanted to share that I've been telling the truth also. I'm going to take the hit for it, as I know it wasn't your fault, but it would have been helpful if you had helped me with *** since a $400 loss sucks for everyone. But it'* ok, I'm taking it as a learning experience and maybe put a ring camera in front of my door. Just wanted you to know that it was never my intention to defraud you in any way, as it was not yours to defraud me. Attached is my tracking number back to you on the weight receipt, and I hope you have a wonderful day."
