In particular, BBB requested substantiation for the books depicted on their site, Trustpilot reviews, “50% off” claims, and the displayed organizations such as Forbes, Esquire, BBC, The New Yorker, HBO, NBC, The New York Times, Random House, Los Angeles Times, and The Wall Street Journal.
