      I placed the order on July 8th, 2022 and I have yet received my firearm. I have been given excuses like system is down, truck broken down, got Covid positive. The owner agrees to refund my order after so many attempts in six months. However, money was never sent and his excuse was waiting for check to be cleared, over zelle daily limit, bank issue, etc.

      I placed an order July of 2021 and until this very day I have not received my firearm. Every time I contact the owner trying to schedule a pick up Im always given the runaround or some sort of excuse that hes not at the shop or he is busy. When I finally can get a hold of the owner, he tells me he can come to me to drop it off, but then again theres always an excuse that either he has too many customers or he leads me thinking that he will drop off my firearm. I finally have gotten sick and tired of him flaking so I requested for him to refund me. I provided him with everything to refund me, bank information and statements of my purchase. And guess what? Ive been asking for a refund since the first week of December 2023 and I still have not gotten my refund. Every time I ask, theres always excuses. How much time and effort does it really take to send me my **** refund through Zelle or Venmo? This is by far the worst experience ever. I feel like I just got robbed. I will never ever by from these crooks again. I hope one day this guy is out of business and karma will get him back for what he did to me and all other customers he screwed over.       I placed an order with Mongrel Tactical in September 2020, and have ordered a few more firearms with this shop since then. However, each time I contact them to arrange a pick-up time, I am given excuses. Either their system is down, or a last minute emergency came up, or their truck delivered the wrong models or their warehouse has to be moved. Each time, I am already at the arranged pick-up location and I am given an excuse last minute. They clearly do not have the guns I ordered yet never tell me upfront, making me travel to pick up my orders knowing that I wont receive them. The shop owner ******************* has also offered to update my rifles to keep them up to code for free, so I had handed over 4 of my own Rifles as well. I have not gotten any of my orders or my own guns back in about 3 years. They also refuse to give me a refund or proof of work on my firearms. Mongrel Tactical is an untrustworthy business that will take your money and not give you the products you paid for. I am beginning to wonder if they took my own firearms to sell to other customers.

      Bought a gun back in February 27th 2023 and they where running my background check and they calim there system was down. Called for the past two months and they where supposed to issue out refunds but they keep saying they are waiting for a check to clear and now they do not pick up their phone

      I purchased a handgun on April 29 for $1,611.85 was told I'd get in it 2-3 weeks. It's been 4 weeks and I still haven't received anything. I've called and they have been ignoring my calls or making up excuses saying it's almost here and nothing yet.I showed up today in person May 27 and the store was empty. They no longer have their license to order or sale guns.

      My husband purchased me a firearm in April 8th 2023 ***** the employee that helped us said it would take 2-3 weeks from the date of purchase and today May 15th 2023 we have yet not received what we paid for we’ve gone to the store multiple time they’re excuse is always that they’re system is down and not working and that they can’t do nothing about it looking at the previous reviews it’s been happening for awhile with multiple customers.

      I purchased an assault rifle from Mongrel Tactical EDC in *** ***** ** ***** on April 8th 2023 I was promised that it should take 3 weeks no more than 30 days to arrive today May 15 2023 I have still not received my assault rifle and they keep ignoring my calls and always make up an excuse as of why it’s still not here so I would like to receive a refund on this purchase.

      On May 1st i stopped my mongrel tactical to purchase my first firearm, a glock 21 for $725 , they said it would take 3 weeks and now they don’t answer my calls , they have not returned any calls and if they do answer they just hang up , i want a full refund.

      Good morning, We have a no refund policy this customer had purchased a firearm and we ran his background from the department of justice and he was denied because he has something in his background that prohibits him from purchasing a firearm, our policy is he can find a family member or friend to transfer the firearm to and collect his money from the other party He was told this at the point of sale. We will run the background check on them and if they pass will receive the firearm. That is our policy and the policy of other Firearms Dealers.

      I WAS NEVER TOLD THAT THERE WAS NO REFUND POLICY  THEY BEEN DOING THIS TO PEOPLE FOR A LONG TIME THERE IS NOTHING STATING ANYWHERE IN THE CONTRACT IF YOU DONT PASS THE BACK GROUND CHECK THEY GET TO KEEP YOUR MONEY .THE BACKGROUND CHECK HAPPENES BEFORE THE TRANSACTION IF THE ATF FORM 4473 IS DENIED NO MONEY EXCHANGES HANDS I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK WHICH IS $1,125,00 BACK

      Unfortunately he was told at point of sale, he asked what happens if denied and we explained to him he would have to find someone to put the firearm in their name it is posted in 3 different places in our store there is a no refund policy on the front door, on the front counter and behind the counter on the wall and has been posted for over 3 years, this is our policy and the policy of many gun stores

      THATS NOT THE POLICY IN ANOTHER STORES AND THIS BUSINESS IS NOT DOING THING BY THE LAW ,THE BACKGROUND CHECK WAS DONE 3 MONTHS LATER FROM THE TRASATION , THEY SCAM PEOPLE WHO DONT KNOW THE LAWS . THEY DONT SHOW IN THE RECEIPT THAT IS A FINAL SALE PLUS THEY DONT DO THE TEST TO GET THE FSC THE EMPLOYEES JUST PRINTED FOR YOU LIKE NOTHING WICH IS ILLIGAL.  THE DONT HAVE ANYWHERE POSTED THAT THE TRASATION IS A FINAL SELL  I .       I purchased a rifle (steyr AUG) on May 12 2022. I was told they should get it in about 2to 3 weeks. 8 months later, they started paperwork. They feed my lies and ********. My background check was "pending" they say. The DOJ even had get Involved to find out what's going on. My paper work has been canceled andthey won't return my money. I have tried 3 times to get my money. $2300 and $688 fora glock I had on order too. When I asked about the glock,they had no idea about it. Avoid this place at all costs. Lying to customers and even the DOJ to cover their asses.

      Update to the compliant I filed on 3/11/23. I was told I would be given a refund. They gave me a post dated check. On the day I could cash it, I deposited it. Bounced like a basket ball. No firearm, no refund, and a bad check. Then they said they would pay me through Zelle. All lies. Still no refund.
