Apon my stay at the hotel I paid for a two bed room for my daughter and I. The condition of the room was not clean. The linnen on the bed which my kid was to sleep in was dirty. All the sheets on the bed were smelling of mildew an the entire white sheets on the bed was coverd in long strans of human hair an the top cover on the bed had dark stains either blood or fesis which had stained the comforter. I went to contact the owner in the office to inform them of the conditions of the bed in which my child was suppose to sleep in an at that time the owner informed me that this issue was not there consern an that they would not resolve this issue at this time. So the linnen remained dirty on the bed an I paid for one night stay an now My child has no place to sleep an i paid for one night stay an has left me without no place to sleep in which I paid to stay at this hotel. This issue is not at all exactable way to accommodate a paying customer with a child. The dirty mildew bed sheets with dark blood stained bed comforter was left on the bed an I was told that was not the owners consern an they would not resolve this issue. An they refused to refund my money or give me another clean room for my child an i to stay insead of the room in which they assigned me.Business response
