I had an appointment booked in December of 2021 with stylist *** ******** *** directed me to a form to fill out and said that despite the appointment requesting my credit card information, that in fact my credit card would never be charged without asking me first. She then canceled my December appointment due to her having Covid. She requested me via text to reschedule myself in her appointments and she would confirm the date, as she stated is the shops policy. I texted her multiple times and did not receive a confirmation of the new date I had chosen. I then became sick with Covid myself, and was in the hospital from January 9th through ******** ***** Upon arriving home I discovered that despite never emailing or texting me the agreed upon required confirmations, or attempting to call me or reach me in any way, they had charged my credit card **** while I was in the hospital for a service I never received, illegally charging my card when I specified they were not to use it without my permission and the stylist stated this would never happen. Upon calling the business they refuse to refund my money and my credit card is siding with them due to a policy they do not disclose when you book the appointment and ask them multiple times. They caused my card to over draft and my car insurance policy to lapse and they refused to refund my hard earned money they did not do anything to earn.
