    i went to 6/26/2023 for a mammo which i go yearly . i walked in today and got a bill from 8/28/20 , 3 years ago !!! i never recieved in mail , the girl up front said it was never mailed , i have 2 ins so i should even get a bill . you cant read their statements correctly..: cant tell who paid what and who knows after 3 years !!!! my dr ordered a ultrasound as well and rude tech stated they arent doing that today which they are overriding my Dr . not a way to run a business . ive gone to this location for years . always nice , etc but today i left steaming mad. i have a email into dr that reads mammo . apparently according to front office girls , this is the only mgr .will not be returning to this location or mammography specialist ever again ! waiting on answer for these ? . but what a crappy day this office makes

    I had been a patient of ************************************, a gynocologist, for 35 years. *************** referred me to ************** and Breast Imaging Specialists. I went for annual mammogram. They started pushing me to have dense breast tissues ultrasound imaging. I started doing this every other year. First time I paid up front as they said insurance would not cover both mammogram and ultrasound. Then I went annually and paid at check-in whatever they stated I owed. I received no bills in the mail. In Oct 2022, I received statements for 2016, 2019, 2021. No previous billing had ever occurred from them. 2016 showed they applied insurance. I sent them my HSA card # to pay the balance of 2016. They did not apply payment, nor did I receive any receipt. I attempted to call the office and they referred me to billing. I tried to stop by the office and they rudely gave me a yellow sticky with the email address for billing saying they don't handle it at the office. I sent and email and asked someone to call me. I have received no response, either call or email. 2021 shows no insurance applied. I sent a copy of both insurance cards, and the statement does not reflect any adjustment to the bill for insurance application. I have no way to discuss these matters with anyone. How do I resolve these billing and payment issues with no direct contact?

    I had an outstanding balance of $157.90. On 9//9/2022 I purchased and mailed them a postal money order for the entire amount via USPS Priority mail. Tracking number:*************************** According to usps tracking they received my payment the next day 9/10/2022. At this point I thought everything was paid and went on my merry way. On 9/28/2022 I received a letter from the biller of this office, dated 9/22/2022, telling me that I have an outstanding balance of $157.90. I immediately went to the office to let them know that I had sent payment on the 9th and was told by the receptionist to contact the biller via email. I immediately went home and emailed the biller a copy of my receipt (the top portion) of the postal money order, a copy of my receipt showing the tracking number, and a copy of the tracking history showing that my payment had been delivered. The response I received from the biller on 9/29/2022 was that payment had not been received and that I still had/have a balance of $157.90. On 9/28/2022 I also initiated an investigation into the postal money order through the postal service to see if it had been cashed. My money order was cashed on 9/12/2022. All of my evidence is attached.

    Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/10/12) */ Thanks, We responded to your proof of payment sent by email within an hour and told you we applied the credit to your account. You have a name duplication in our system which meant anther patient was credited your payment but that was fixed. This was explained in the email. Your complaint was long resolved. Not sure why this is being posted a week after resolution
