Over more than a year ago(02-28-2021) we signed a contract with a man named *** **** from Bar-H well drilling inc. so that he could drill a water well in my property with the parcel number of **************** on grand view rd in ******* ********** Contract stated he would drill 400 ft deep to bring out 10 to 15 gallons of water per minute charging us $24,000 which would be paid throughout the months he was going to take to build the well, first payment was given to Mr.**** the day of the contract February 28,2021 the amount of $1,401 . Like I stated in the beginning we signed the contract in February of 2021 Mr.**** verbally said he would start in about 4 months after signing the contract, which he didn't, he started until August of 2021, second payment was given on August 27,2021 of $9,600 in cash( every amount of money he received he would sign the contract stating he received "x" amount on "x" date) . At this point this man had begun drilling, so we began to pay on November 16,2021 the third payment was given in the amount of $3,000, November 24,2021 another payment of $3,000, December 4,2021 $5,000, and finally on December 7,2021 $2,400 was supposed to be the last payment because he said he had found the water and finished up the rest of the well. In February 2022 he reached out again and said the water had disappeared that he had to drill deeper and asked for more money, $8,000 to be exact, so again in February 27,2022 he was given the amount of $8,000 in cash we never heard back from him again until he finally had the courage to answer our calls a month later saying the water was gone and the well was non functional and there was nothing he could do, we tried speaking to him in every possible way but he never took responsibility, he always acted and spoke so rude and impolite. In total he was given $32,401 in cash to give us a functioning water well that's what he signed in the contract and now he won't answer our calls or give us any response or solution.
