Hello, I paid this auto Shop for auto repairs for damages caused by my Freightliner Driver. $3641.00 was paid to **** Welcome- owner of the business. The Owner (***************************) of the vehicle with the damages filed a claimed with my auto insurance policy after the services where paid to JC auto Repair and Bodyshop and the insurance company granted the claim. **** Welcome has refused to refund my money. He has caused me extreme financial hardship. **** Welcome gave me a check, that Ideposited and the check bounced for *** sufficient funds. the check was for my refund of $3641.00 on 7/11/24. The check that **** Welc6 gave me for my refund because the repairs were not completed, performed, or serviced because his friend *************************** refused to move forward with JC auto shop and violated mine and his verbal agreement. **** Welcome gave me check 533, and I deposited. I notified **** Welcome ************ and *************** and ****************************** on 6/26/24 that *************************** filed a claim with my insurance provider, and it was accepted. **** Welcome continue to tell me that hes going to refund me but have not sent me a **** or wire transaction or mail in check. It's been 37 days. I have talked to him over the phone several times and have sent you text messages, and yet, he have not sent me my funds. I have urged to refund me my funds because I am now upside-down with my bills, payroll, gas, truck maintenance, etc. I also urged him to send me my funds because my mother needs to have emergency surgery. I asked **** Welcome a question: "were you ever in good faith going to send my refund $3641.00? Are you ever going to pay me back??? You gave me a check, so I am entitled to cash it for my refund. You need to reply back to me now???? Did you and your *************************** double-dip and stoled my money, took advantage of the situation? And/or send me my money now in the amount of $3641.00!? I have been extremely patient with you." He now owes me 30% for 65dayBusiness response

In response to *********************, there has been an error on your part as there is no one by the name of *************************** or **** who work at the body shop on **************************************. There was no business conducted between JC Body Shop and ********************* at any point in time. Owner of JC Body Shop has never had any contact with *********************, whether in person or over the phone. Phone numbers of *************************** and **** are not linked to JC Body Shop whatsoever. None of the information presented by the complaint does not align with any of the employees of JC Body Shop. Please rectify your information and redirect your complaint to the appropriate parties involved.
