On March 12th, 2024, I attempted to schedule an appointment at St. Francis Medical Center ***************** using my current PPO insurance card. However, upon arrival, I was informed that they do not accept my insurance. Prior to visiting in person, I had attempted to inquire about scheduling over the phone and was kept on hold for 42 minutes before deciding to drive to the clinic. Unfortunately, upon reaching the clinic in person, I was still denied service due to my insurance not being accepted.Initial Complaint

I received services at St. Francis Medical Center on June 16, 17, and 18 of 2021. I have left multiple messages with ********************************** for a copy of the invoice for these dates of service. They NEVER respond. I need help obtaining this information. I need this invoice sent to my email ASAP. My email is *************************
