I purchased a orthotic from this company on 2/27/2024 and paid $433.21. They billed my insurance company, Blue Shield and Blue Shield paid them $246.08. My EOB from Blue Shield read:Amount billed: $441.21 In network savings: $132.47 Blue Shield paid: $247.08 Patient responsibility: $61.77 Since this account was paid by both me and my insurance company I feel that I am due $371.44 and my insurance representative agreed and stated that the company is double dipping. I and my insurance representative have tried numerous times to resolve this issue with Ortho Engineering and no one will speak to either one of us. I am hoping that you can help me resolve this issue.Initial Complaint

I was seen back in February 2024 at Ortho Engineering Inc. as my doctor requested custom insoles for my feet. The appointment took 15 minutes to take a molding of each foot and the tech advice me my custom orthotics would be ready in 2 to 3 weeks. It has now been more than 4 months and I can't seem to obtain my orthotics. I have called more than 15 times and have spoken to a lady name ****** and she tells me the same thing she will check with the warehouse to see where my order request is at. Nothing ever comes out of that. I asked her for supervisor and she provided *************************** at ************ and an email of ************************ as a point of escalation. I have reached out to ******* several times at least 7 times via phone call and email and she never returns my calls or replies to my emails. ****** has escalated my concern every time I called to both the warehouse where they make the orthotics and to her supervisor Alondra but nothing comes about.My feet hurt and i really need to obtain my custom Orthotics. Please help me resolve this issue.
