      We hired Deltoro Custom Tile Inc on August 25, 2022. He said the job would be finished in two weeks. We paid him $3000.00 on such date. The agreement was half when hired and the rest on completion of the job. He said he needed more money so we paid him more but he still never came to work. A few weeks later he actually sat on our couch crying b/c he needed money to pay his workers. He didn't get any more from us. He tore it apart on Sept. 2. Then we didn't see him again until the 28th he said he would be here on the 29th, when they put the tile in, it took them two days. The first week of October he said he would be here everyday but never showed up. We continued putting the dogs up and waiting daily cancelling other appointments. On the 10th of Oct. we told him he had 8 days to finish it up b/c I was going to be gone and my husband wanted it finished by the time I returned. We spoke to him on the 11th, twice on the 12th, on the 13th we talked to him three times, still no show. On the 14th he came by but didn't stay or do anything. On the 15th no show on the 17th he came but didn't do anything on the 18th he came and did very little. He didn't come on the 19th, the 20 he came for a little but didn't do anything, the 21st he came to paint but didn't finish it. The man who was here told us he was not a painter and didn't know what he was doing. He was suppose to return on the 22nd to finish but didn't show. On the 25th he came at 3:15 and left at 4:40. This trend is still continuing as of date. He was suppose to have a cabinet made. He tried to push off a cabinet he already had which was a piece of junk. He then went and bought one from Lowes. Still wouldn't work for us. Finally we gave him the measurements and all and said we wanted it made as agreed on. He said he had it in his shop and needed a second painting then we found out the cabinet maker still has it and was painting it.To this day we still have not seen it. He lies to us non stop and we are sick of it.

      On 10 8 2022 entered into a contract to demo counter top tile and install quartz counter tops and farmhouse sink. Agreed amount was $2400 for materials plus cost of sink and disposal. $6000 for labor to include $400 for plumber. Paid $2400 at time of signing for materials. Work was to start on October 24th. Paid another $3200 at demo of counters on that date. Had not acquired sink yet and sink he provided info for no longer available. Purchased different sink myself upon his approval of dimensions . Stated could not install counter top until sink was in. Advised of sink arrival on October 27. Came on 28th and cut and measured center island. No showed twice for install appointment.Numerous attempts to reach him via phone and text Finally installed on 11 11 found sink is 2 in.deeper so now we have to revise cabinetry. Agreed to return 11 17 to install backsplash . Also stated would be 250 for plumber now.Plumber to do sink between 11/14 and 11 16. Paid additional 2500. No showed with no call on 11 17 and 11 18. Once again numerous calls and text sent . Installed plumbing ourselves . Called 11 21 said having personal issues . Gave until 12 1 to do install. No showed on 12 1 with no call. Called and texted numerous times , now says he is sick and has given no new date . Said would call us back and never did. Entire remodel new floors and paint throughout. New appliances in kitchen and looks like hell because there is no backsplash. Just gaping hole they caused and staples.
