On May 3rd of 2023, I paid $450 to Lake ***** through Cash App in exchange for training services for my 3 dogs. The agreement was to meet once a week for three months at my home. Since May 10 of 2023 through July 02nd of 2023, we were unable to work out a start date for the dogs and continuously canceled and rescheduled. On October 16th of 2023, I informed **** of the passing of one of my dogs who was supposed to be trained. I included that I still would like training services for my other dogs but never received a response. On January 11th of 2024, I informed **** of the passing of my second dog and how the third dogs health was now declining and in no position to train. On this day, I attempted to discuss a refund but had no response. On January 16th of 2024, I reached out to Lake again with no response for 4 days. On January 20th of 2024, **** reached out to me, informing me of the passing of a family member and that he would be in touch soon. On January 30th, I attempted a response via Cash App for $1 but had no response. On February 3rd of 2024, I attempted another request via Cash App for $1 and received no response. Finally on February 12th of 2024, I informed Lake of my decision to pursue legal action if I received no response within 30 days. Lake nor anyone from K9 Solutions has reached out to me since. Good business is built on hard-work, not fraud. I have been very patient with Lakes unprofessionalism and do not appreciate this attempt of theft by deception. I am asking for Lake of K9 Solutions to refund the full amount of $450 for services that were never provided so that we may go our own ways.Customer response

Attached above is the online receipt for the $450 I paid to Lake *****. Also attached are some of the messages between Lake and I, as well as my notice of proceeding with legal action if I had no response.
