  On the date of May 20th I received an estimate to install artificial turf in my back yard around my pool. I was told that if I wanted to go forward that they could have it completed the following week witch would be the week of May 22-26. They showed up on May 24th and removed the river rock from the area and that was it, they left. I found out that they did that quickly because they used the rock on another project so it benefited them. They posted video of them putting the rocks on another project. That wasn’t the issue as I wanted them gone anyways. They never came back that week or did any other work. I reached out on May 25th to ask if he can have it completed by June 3rd as I had a function planned and he said yes it would be finished by June 3rd. They came and ground down the stumps which he had told me they were going to dig them out not grind but ok it needed to be done. They were there for maybe 2 hours and then left. Made a mess in my pool as well. Then they didn’t come back to complete the work by June 3rd. I reached out many times. Finally, on June 2nd I got a message saying sorry had a backorder on the turf. Ok fine but they could have done all the prep work and had it ready but they didn’t. I believe that was just an excuse. The following week on June 6th after not hearing from them I asked when they would return. He said JR would meet me on June 10th to see where to move 1 palm tree. June 10th came and no one called me or showed up. Again I didn’t hear from them, and I reached out multiple times, on June 14th a week later He said JR would be there. Well he never showed up and I received no call either. By June 16th I was frustrated and let them know if they can’t do it to give me a refund. At this point he replied that they would have it completed by Wednesday June 21st that they have everything. Well on the 21st one guy showed up for 30 minutes did a couple things then left. Never came back that do so it was not completed on the 21st. They reached out saying that they will be there on June 22ndto do everything to prep for the fake grass install. This was Thursday. They didn’t show up, never called at this point on Saturday June 24th I filed a claim case. They emailed me saying they could finish the next week which would be the week of June 26th – 30th. On June 27th they had a guy show up and moved some dirt and put in a water line and a wire for the lights, they did not install the base material or DG needed to install the fake grass. I asked them if they would have it completed by July 4th because I was having a get together. He said yes. On June 28th he said he would have the Base material installed. Well they never showed up by Friday June 30th. I had to call JR and he said he would be there Monday July 3rd and would be able to finish it for my function on the 4th of July. Never showed up or called, then he told me they would be there on July 4th to complete it in the morning. Again never showed up. At this point I can no longer trust their work.

  **** is a great salesman, but he's a used car salesman. He sold me a wonderful dream, and every day that went by, he and his father cut a few more corners. However, my price tag stayed the same. He talked me into doing things the easy way and told me I didn't know better and that he did, because he was a professional. I spent a lot of money with ****, enough to make me want to throw up when I think about it. My yard was never finished. I have drainage that doesn't work, never did. I have sprinklers that are grossly out of alignment. I have dead grass because there weren't nearly enough sprinklers installed. **** is a scammer, nothing more. He sells you a great package and he makes his crew sound amazing. But once he's done, he's gets out before it starts turning brown and before you realize he never finished what he started; or what you paid for. He either won't return calls, or he using his salesman voice to talk his way out of doing work. A few times he came back to fix a few things, and then he billed me for it! We talked about not charging, and he turns out and bills it, and blames his "billing department". He even went so far as to discuss personal issues, and it was all in an effort to get more money out of me. I kick myself for falling for his lies. Please don't make the same mistake. Don't invest with **** (Sierra Landscaping/Sierra Lawn Service). You will join the long list of customers that got had by a scammer.
