My truck was serviced. I needed an oil change rotation. The dealer had the car all day. I called periodically to se if ready. I was told that they were done towards the end of the day. Prior tongue service I had a slow leak on the front right tire. When i decided to address the leak, it was still in the front right tire. They charged me for services never rendered. I reported the issue to the service manager. He asssured me that it would be addressed. He said that he knew the employee and it was not the first time. He said he would terminate to set an example. He suggested I call back when service was needed and that he would take care of us. We spent close to $300. I am not sure if they even did the oil change. Totally cannot be trusted. When I called the manager back for what was promised, he acted as if he had no clue what I was talking about. He offered no refund and never offered any compensation for charging us for services we did not get. This seems to be the consensus as other people we know, question whether the compete services are done. Needing service now and do not trust taking my truck to the dealer where I live and pay taxes. How many customers have been deceived? Must I stand around the auto shop to monitor that the work is being performed?
