THERE IS NO WAY TO LEAVE ZERO STARS OR THAT WOULD BE MY OPTION MY 2022 GMC DENALI ENGINE LOCKED UP THEY HAD IT IN SHOP FOR OVER 2 MONTHS WAITING FOR AN ANSWER TO SEE IF MY WARRENTY WOULD COVER IT THEN WHEN THEY FINISH IT THEY GIVE ME A BILL FOR 13K WHICH I HAD TO PAY 2500 OUT OF POCKET I LOOKED AT EVERYTHING I WAS OVER CHARGED FOR AND IT WAS ALL GASKETS AND SEALS I ASKED FOR THE OLD PARTS THEY WERE DISPOSED OF I CHECKED THE PRICES ON GM WEBSITE ENGINE COST $2599.99 THAT WHY MY BILL WAS SIMILER I WAS CHARGED FOR THE SAME PART NUMBERS COUPLE TIMES BUT THE PRICES WERE DIFFERNT JUST TO TTOTALL UP 2500

I wish I could give them zero stars! I bought a 2018 GMC truck from them about 6 months ago. I was informed of a few repairs that needed done by the general manager. Specifically it was a crack in the windshield and a missing hubcap. I ultimately wanted to purchase the truck and so we came to the agreement that they would be having the repairs done. I waited for them to contact me and a few months went by... nothing. So I contact them and get told that the GM no longer works there and the new GM tells me to go ahead and get the repairs done and I will be reimbursed. I do so and submit all the receipts to them in early May 2022. Months go by with yet again with no word from them. When I do call I am told that THAT GM no longer works there. I was promised yet again that this would be taken care of by the new GM, Ed M*******. Now I feel I have given him plenty of time to make this right and done my fair share of reaching out to them and staying in contact. The cost of the repairs was not a huge deal to me. However, being a business owner myself, I take it seriously when making promises to my customers and I feel I should receive that same respect. They have already lost my business. My wife and I purchased a brand new Cadillac XT5 from Mataga GMC last month with no intention of ever doing business with Gill GMC again. They lost a customer over an easily resolvable issue.
