            I took my truck to ******************* in Madera ** for repairs starting in June 2022 they told me my truck would be fixed in a matter of day it was not they put the wrong parts in not once but 4 times cut my airbag sensors cut and sensor gave me the truck told me its safe to drive then charged me to fix it they never did they tapped it together they had the truck for about 70 days fixed nothing truck is unsafe do to the wrong parts being put on other parts are now destroyed went back October 23- 2023 they said they were going to fix it in two weeks when parts came in I've heard nothing up tell today from them its been almost 2 years of them treating me insanely bad driving my family around in this unsafe vehicle this time around they got only one part in when they said they were replacing all parts that were wrong do to them being negligent the gm the service manager never call back just **** it off tell it **** away they have no concerns for the safety of people trusting them to be professional and honest they lie and steal instead and back when this all started on day 60 they finally rented me a car so I could get to work I filed a complaint with the bar they found out and threaten to *** me for the cost if I did not remove the complaint I need help getting this resolved

            I recently purchased a used vehicle from Gill Auto in Madera. There were extra fees for Shield GPS and Security Theft that we were not interested in. We were told that those fees could not be removed as the tracker and etching are done as soon as the vehicle comes off the truck (per finance). We were really happy with our purchase until a few days after when we noticed an oil leak. Initially, we thought it was coming from the oil pan and called the service department. We were told that we would have to bring the vehicle in and they would have an investigator determine if the leak was covered under the powertrain warranty (that the sales staff spoke highly of). After having a local mechanic look over the vehicle, we discovered the oil leak was actually coming from the oil filter housing. Another phone call to the service department only to find out that this fix was not covered under the powertrain warranty and would cost another $1200. We believe they were well aware of this leak when they inspected the vehicle 3 weeks prior.
