Buyer beware. No customer service. No response after selling a vehicle that was misreprented they are not knowledgeable and tell you whatever to get you to buy then wont talk to you and could care less. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable dealership Madera Ford is not it !! .

I never leave reviews, I dont even have a Yelp. I wanted to this time for the above and beyond service I received Saturday morning! I didnt have an appointment and I just moved to Madera from ******. My company is based in ****** and thats where we buy our trucks. I pulled up at 7:50 and was greeted by ***. I explained I didnt have an appointment but I really needed my service done and I was over do because of my work schedule. *** was very friendly and told me he would be happy to help. Not only did he get my truck done he had it ready in less than an hour! I had time to make my sons baseball ?? game!Thank you for going above and beyond!

Bought a used altima and was promised they would fix my bumper and scratches on the car, its been 2 months and I can't get a response. Also manager ** is very unprofessional and is a liar. I was told I had to buy the lojack and was told it wasn't an option. Would not recommend this car dealership, bunch of thieves..

Me & my partner signed for a van & took it home we gave no money down since we didn't have our check book , we were supposed to come back the next morning to drop off the Money , 30 minutes in once we got home we started hearing a ticking noise in the motor & started to smell burnt rubber inside and outside of the van , we took it back the next morning for them to check it and they tried to manipulate us saying that it was normal. When we have another van alike and it does not have the ticking noise nor the rubber smell . They said there wasn't nothing they could so since it was " normal "sounds when a ticking noise is clearly not normal. the financial manager Frank tried to intimidate me (female) and say they would sue us if we decided to not take the van ( which we never gave any money down for , when we were supposed to give $9k down ** contract incomplete with no money down ** saying that the bank was already giving them the money for it. And that it was our van now & when we kept repeating that the van had a ticking noise in the Motor , he said he couldn't hear it even after the service& parts people who worked at ford had said they could hear it. and the Financial advisor A*** tried to say they would tow the van to my house if we left it there , when we kept repeating we do not want something that does not Work , and he said in the contract we stated we didn't want the ( $250 ) 48 hour window to return the vehicle, he NEVER gave us a copy of the contract , nor we gave him a single dollar for the vehicle

I bought a car from this Madera Ford n i kept having problems with the check engine light, i took it back for repairs. After I got the car back again it started to do the same thing again, i brought back again , then i drove home n started to do the same thing, so i brought it back again an now they want charge me for the same repairs that they did in the past. I had a 90 day warranty when i called about the same problem with the car.

Used deceptive bait and switch technique to get me to look at a Panamera 4 that was actually a panamera base model. When i called in to explain the situation with Izzy she hung up on me and never responded to additional calls. Days later they never fixed the advertisement for the car indicating to me that it was deliberate. I wasted time and money with this company and advise the management team be investigated..

Bought my f150 from madera ford. Fast transaction. I was told upfront about the pricing situation due to limited inventory. I called around and they were the cheapest in central valley. The ownership package was a bit much but i definitely appreciated the services provided instead of the straight markup other dealers were charging. Go see Eduardo,jesus and shaun. They will take care of you. Will definitely come back in future.

Horrible! Spent $3800 on a repair and they didn’t put the bumper back correctly. Bumper fell off on highway and caused more damage. I left 5 messages with service and NOT once did they call back. 5 days later finally got ahold of service manager, and what a joke, Wanted me to come in a week and half later. I am supposed to drive my vehicle for a week and half with bumper hanging off? ******  absolutely horrible service do not recommend.
