I purchased 2 pairs of shoes from the site on July 17th, and received the items on July 27th. Upon opening the package, I realized the items listed on the site are different from the ones Ive received. One of the shoes are called *********************** Plum Leather. The brand name on the shoes are not ************ but some unknown names. I ordered the color plum and it came as black. This material is listed as 100% leather upper and lining, but the shoes I received are definitely not leather but some synthetic material. It doesnt hold the shape as shown in the picture and has a faulty smell upon opening. The other pair of shoes are called Tango boots - Black Suede. I ordered US size 7 and it as size 38. Again the picture and the items seem to be very different items. According to the picture and the description the shoes are supposed to be fitted over the knee boots and is slightly stretchy suede. The boots are very wide and do not hold the shape; they look nothing like the pictures or the description and come with a strong faulty smell. I contacted the merchant via email following their retuning instruction on July 27th and received a response on July 28th. I was told they have some issue with their return warehouse in the **** so can not provide me with a prepaid return label. Id have to ship it to an address they provided to *****. Id have to handle the shipping and pay the fee myself. Or Id have to settle for a 30% refund and keep the items. Since they shipped the wrong color and size, I believe they are supposed to pay for the return shipping based on their return policy and a full refund. Moreover, they falsely advertised items using pictures that are not theirs. However after couple exchange of emails, they insist for me to handle the international return for a full refund, or You can choose to keep the package you received and receive a refund between 40% and 50% of the purchase priceCustomer response
