I paid to have a tank installed on my property as well as ordered 100 gallons of propane. This was near the end of October. The week before Christmas of 2021, I had ******* Appliance send someone out to convert my natural gas dryer to propane so that I wouldn't have to keep using my electric dryer. After Christmas, we did a few loads of laundry. Before we left for Christmas however, when I went to turn on the tank for the appliance repairmen, since I had the Tri-Flame guy keep the tank off since I didn't have any gas appliances at the time, I noticed that the gas level was a 20%. This was before using any gas from the new tank. Well, 20% of 250 is only 50 gallons. I know that even 5 loads of laundry wouldn't use up 50 gallons of propane, and we don't have any other appliances in our house that use propane, so the only explanation is that Tri-Flame cheated me out of 50 gallons of propane! What ***** is that I was on crutches with a broken leg so I couldn't even verify the gas level till I got off crutches in December. So I tried calling them and the number didn't work so I sent a message and the next day I get a response to my email saying that I did indeed get 100 gallons of gas. This is not true. So I email back saying that this is very wrong and immoral that they're calling me a liar when I know for a fact that I am missing 50 gallons. They never replied to me after telling me I got my 100 gallons. I have also contacted my bank to see if I can get my money back.Business response

I personally set his tank and watched the driver put 100 gallons in his tank. In the picture in the bottom part of the photo our meter time stamped and prints out what was delivered. There is no way to cheat the meter because once propane is stopped pumping you have two minutes before it prints out. The meters are inspected by ********* Weights and Measures yearly along with inspections by the *******************. Now saying that his gauge is reading 20%. The gauge can be off and not reading right. It should be reading 40%. He still has 100 gallons in his tank. I tried to explain this to the customer and he didnt like the answer and felt like we owed him 50 more gallons. But the meter doesnt lie and cant be falsified. Please let me know you received this
