While there are positive reviews on Harrelsons Own CBD, dont believe their ADVERTISED claim Your 60 day money back guarantee because we are so sure.They Lie!Being absolutely positive their product was as good as they claimed it to be, I purchased 2 spray, 2 delta 9, and 2 dog CBD. For me, I did not like it.I contacted customer service regarding how to return. They responded promptly and confirmed I was in the 60 days. They told me how to return the unopened product. I asked if I was going to be reimbursed for the product I did try with no response. I sent back the opened and unopened packages and was reimbursed only for the unopened. Again, I email them with no response. Long of the short of it, I am cutting my loss and reporting them to the **** CA consumer affairs, BBB, in addition to posting this false advertising on every social media platform I can. I reached out to them first s they requested; however, they gave no written explanation for why they did not keep their advertised promise. It is not illegal for companies to have a money back guarantee unless they clearly advertise it which They Do. I feel scammed and angry especially when they were given several opportunities to respond to my emails.Initial Complaint

I just went on the site to check out prices and things. And I was trying to get to what my charges were gonna be I did put an information. Thought I would be taken to the charges but they just check me out. I order online all the time. And I never had it go like this usually before. Your checked out, you get a page showing you what you're being charged. But I never got that they just put my order through.Initial Complaint

My bank account was charged $99.98 on two separate occasions 3/4/2021 and 4/4/2021. I first complained to my bank in March and they suggested I contact the company to resolve with them. If I got no satisfaction they would take this as a fraud or scam issue. In March a package came that I did not request. I realized on the bank statement there is a telephone number listed. I called and spoke to a representative. I questioned the charges and told them product will be returned. We went back and forth about the return policy. They offered a 70% off and priced the items down to $19.99. I declined the special offer and explained that I can not use over the counter meds because I am diabetic. I asked that they stop shipping these products. I returned the items and waited for the mistake to be corrected. I was promised a refund of my payments.To date I have not received a refund of the two payments. The company has not contacted me and no more shipments arrived at my home.
