I made a purchase online and was given an invoice for the purchase. The website asked how I will be paying, ************************************ and I hit *********. However, the site did not provide a link to pay and a man called me and gave me a number to send the payment to through *********. I sent it to him and the day I was supposed to get the delivery, a man pretending to be the ****** guy told me that the package was marked as discrete so I had to pay $1200.00 for an ***** license do that it can leave customs and that it will be refunded. I stupidly sent the payment through ***** and then the guy said that I had to pay $1,000.00 for a permit that would also get refunded and gave me an email address to send the money to them through *****. My bank told me that the email address I was trying to give money to was tagged as a scam and that many other customers placed complaints against them for scamming customers. I never received the $340.00 back that I paid for the product and never got it. ********* stated that they can't get my money back. I placed a dispute claim for the $1200.00 that i payed through *****. Please help stop these scammers. Also, if you could help get me my $340.00 back that would be great. Thanks in advance for your help with this matter.
