    I purchased a stock returnable hat and returned it with proof of shipping and receipt for $165.50 and have not been refunded. I paid $18 to ship despite it being missized according to their instructions (I was a small but sized up to be safe due to instructions on stiffness of material, yet a size medium was still too small). I tried to email, call and contact via facebook to ensure sizing was correct but got no response, so I am put out by the return shipping cost as that could have been avoided. They should reimburse shipping as a result. They have emailed that they received the return but would hold my money as a credit. I email reminded them that it was a stock returnable item and not a nonrefundable custom piece and that I wanted and was entitled to a refund. They didn't respond until I filed for a credit with my credit card company. They then contacted me asking for my correspondence with them and I sent them the emails they didn't respond to. They then apologized, again acknowledged receipt of the return and said they owed the refund and would refund my money. That never happened. Then they claimed they did refund but there is no credit on my account. My card company actually recharged me after giving credit upon my initial complaint. This company lied to me about the refund. They lied that they did not dispute the credit request. I have proof that they disputed it via something called "stripe" where they filed proof of the order and shipment and claimed that they are entitled to recharge me. They did not acknowledge my return to the credit card company. This is fraud. They need to refund the $165.50 and reimburse the $18 shipping for a total of $183.50. They claimed they can't refund my card via their shop pay account, but they sure can send me a check and that's the right thing to do. Trying to keep my money is fraud. My card company and I are now documenting the proof to again reverse the charge if they don't refund.
