I ordered a product back in April and it was as never delivered. The package and tracking number was never transferred to be delivered. The post office never received item from the company. I have emailed the company three times with no response. I would like my product or at last resort a refundInitial Complaint

I placed an order with the Presley Shop on 4/20/2024 for 2 dresses that were advertised as on sale for a limited time on ********* My order number is 5922, and the total came out to $41.42. Within one business day I received a confirmation of my order, and a tracking number. UniUni tracking number is UUS44C0507218589161. I tracked the order for several weeks, and the status never changed. Approximately 3 weeks after the order I reached out to the Presley Shop support and voiced my concern and never received a response. It is now almost 6 weeks since the order was originally placed and there have been no changes/updates, I've reached out to support a second time and have not heard back from them.Initial Complaint

Placed an order for a dress on 4/3/24 and received confirmation that it was received, as well as an email two days later that the shipment was on its way. Emailed to check on order status on 5/10/24; received no response. Emailed on 5/24/24 to request refund and still no response. Looked them up and it seems like they are a scam site that ghosts you after you place your order.Initial Complaint

This shop advertised to me on Instagram and had a sale on dresses - I ordered 4 versions of the same dress and after that, received 0 updates on my order. I emailed the support team *************************************** 5 times and have received 0 responses. I cannot find the shop on Instagram anymore.Initial Complaint

I received the items I ordered, but the sizes are too large. I have contacted them by email four times in order to send the items back and have a smaller size re-ordered but they have ignored every email that I have sent and no one is responding. Before I even received the items I was already having issues, finding out where my order was. They would send me a generic email about my order being shipped out. Then a week later, I would send another email asking where my order was and they would copy and paste the same email. When I called them out on that , they finally gave me an actual update on my order and then started sending me 15% off coupons Which I would never use since their service is horrendous. I finally received the order and now they have gone radio silent with me trying to get the correct size reordered . Its been two weeks and four emails and no one is contacting me.Initial Complaint

Good morning.I placed an order with this company on April 25th, 2024, for two dresses. I received an email saying that the order was placed, but the order # and tracking number they provided was not valid. So, I reached out to their customer service via email (since no number was provided). I have yet to receive my items or a reply back to my inquiry. But they took the money out of account.
