      Terrible customer service. My 12 year old saved his money from allowance for chores he has done around the house to buy a jacket and it came with a tear on the back. No biggie, right? We thought we could return it and get another. Unfortunately when we went through the steps to return it, they never mailed me a label. I reached out to customer support as you cannot go back online to get another return label and they sent me a return email with the link on how to return an item and then closed the ticket out. *** tried reaching out to them 3 times now over the last few days and still nothing. Guaranteed to not be able to get a refund as this will now be without of the return policy date range by the time they get back to me, if they even do. TERRIBLE customer service. And the worst part is, I would never post this as I work in customer support, but I would never treat someone like this.

      Have been corresponding with True religion customer service for over a month it seems to never get anywhere. There is always someone different I am speaking to that doesn't understand the situation and doesn't care to check the past corresponding emails. One item I did not receive that they did not refund me for as of yet and one item was damaged and or has a defect which is a rip of material from the inside pocket area which they asked for a picture but I stated as impossible to do so inside of a pocket that's in the very corner where the seam is. With that said I sent pictures in the first emails of the tear of the material which was the best I could give. It appears that at this point I had to decide to contact BBB We are going nowhere with the situation especially if they do not understand the prior emails because it's different people there should be nothing stopping them from refunding me for the item that I did not receive which they have not yet done so.

      Ive placed 3 orders in a month & havent got them. My latest order Ive now been waiting 12 days. Was supposed to be delivered today, NOPE! Every time you try and talk to someone your email is marked as solved. Cant speak with a human, nobody ever there. The stupid bot just gaslights like its your fault. With as expensive as the clothes are youd think actually getting it wouldnt be an issue! Im still fighting to get my money back on the other 2 that were sent back. DO NOT BUY TRUE RELIGION!!

      ************ WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS THIS TRUE RELIGION EVER AGAIN!!!! My order was delivered incomplete 3 items were never delivered they only sent what they wanted or had to ship to me. The missing items were in the amount of over $300. When I opened my package and saw it was an incomplete order I got right on looking for a customer service phone number which doesnt exist you can only email or chat. So I did both the agent ******* who I chatted with was rude and short she stated she would start a claim to see if the items were forgotten in the packaging process or stolen by the delivery company which is ridiculous why would my package be opened by the driver and certain items taken and taped back up why not take the whole package. After more than a week I had to email back for a response. The email I received said that my claim was closed because a delivery was made. Which is true but all of the items I ordered werent packaged and shipped to me. I am furious with true religion!!! Along with I returned 3 items via *** from that order that I didnt like and was only given money back for 2 of the items I shipped the return receipt only showed 2 out the the 3 items that should have been refunded. Stay away and dont buy not a single item for True religion. If they would just ship my items I ordered everything would be squared away but that doesnt look like thats going to happen. If I dont get a response from True Religion in the couple of days I will have to have to contact my back and have a stop payment issued for this transaction due to fraud on the behalf of True Religion.

      I bought a pair of jeans on this website. I keep sending messages through email. No customer contact is reaching out order number . ******** I need to exchange or get a refund and they keep giving me the runaround. Theyre asking for email and I didnt put a email so Im not able to get a return label. I need a return label as soon as possible. Im very unhappy.

      Terrible customer service using ONLY EMAIL. Quality is not great as I have placed numerous orders over the past year totaling thousands of dollars since they have good reviews. I find they only fit ok due to the super stretch nature of the fabric. I believe this is why they get good reviews since I have returned many items due to crooked stitching, misplaced pockets etc. They no longer provide return shipping labels so you have to make it yourself and pay out of pocket for return shipping. Most companies provide labels and free returns. I had to pay $30 to return some items from a $600 order and wasnt even refunded for all of the items I returned. They said I returned less than I did and didnt count some jeans in the return package. So I lost a lot of money in that particular order. If you happen to like the brand I would suggest buying the items from a reputable retail store like macys so you can return through them or any company with a good return policy. I would stay away from the brands website with terrible customer service and return policy.

      This company is a scam. I placed order for items totaling a little over $200.00. The order was shipped to an incorrect address which shows picture of a building that is not my residence. I emailed them to let them know that was not my residence and that I had not received my package. They tell me to file claim in Route. Route denies claim, tells me to go back to True Religion. After several emails requesting solution I got no response. I have no items nor refund.

      This business has horrible customer service. I had an issue with an item that I purchased and contacted support. Of course you can only email or chat with support via text and all the reps do is say return the order and end the chat session. ******* name is ************** And she was very rude, unprofessional, and if this is the type of employees this business has working for them I feel sorry. True Religion has lost a loyal customer due to this poor quality in customer service. I am waiting to hear back from the corporate office but I wont hold my breath. Avoid shopping at this place at all costs.

      I ordered several items like I normally do to decide which fit and I like since the only store near me is over an hour away. I have done this for years and simply returned the ones that didnt work. Same with ***** Only this time when I went to the easy to return link instead of it being a return label it was instructions on how to mail it back to there ********** address at my expense. I contacted customer service and they said they changed there policy and would be changing the language on their app and website. Had to pay $25 to return what didnt fit. Also states it will take 2-3 weeks after they receive items to issue refund. I had 6 more items in bag as back up but cleared that out. So disappointed in a company like this.
