I ordered a package and received it. I sent it back over two weeks ago, continue to email (cannot find tracking number at this point), and have asked for a supervisor. I still have yet to receive a response from a supervisor since Thursday of last week till now. I continue to email daily with NO RESPONSE other than to tell me they forwarded it to a supervisor. I just want the money I paid back.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/12/30) */ The customer stated they made a return but never contacted us for return authorization prior (which is stated in our return policy on the website) and could not provide any return tracking information to let us know they returned anything. Our returns department did not receive the return. Without proof of return, we cannot process a refund. As a gesture of goodwill, we offered the customer a store credit which was accepted with no issue.Initial Complaint

I signed up for a 7 day trial. 2 days later I wrote to them and said the app did not work. They said not to worry as i did not have a subscription. Google charged me for a full year a week later. I asked for a refund from google and merchant. Merchant said they emailed google and google wrote to me that they won't pay me back. Merchant said that their app won't work on TV android box. I want my money back and have emails with all proof that i tried to cancel timely. merchant said not to worry about it.
