I was in need of a trust lawyer after my grandfather passed I was left as the trustee. Im clueless to these matters so Entrusted stone and Sallus after speaking with ****** he seems enthusiastic and assured his willingness to help. After signing with him, I hardly ever heard from him, he passed my case to his under studies, 1 phone call was easily over $100. The bill racked up and I was never informed as a trustee I could use the assets of the trust to pay the lawyer fees, instead I used all my liquid cash. Thousands of dollars in the hole. Shortly after I needed to become a conservator over my aunt I asked ****** and he informed me they would be able to assist with that matter. It took over a year of my case being passed around to his under studies ( *******, ****, *******, ****, ****) and each time a new person was passed my case, I had to debrief them all over again. Which cost me per email per phone call. After I year I ended up walking away from the case it drug out to long and I still had my Ill aunt to tend to. She passed away and I had funeral expenses plus a 10k bill from stone and ****** who didnt help at all. I feel I was young and uneducated of any legal matters and ****** know that and took advantage of that. The only time I heard from ****** was to tell me I had an outstanding bill and the only guarantee and consistency you will receive from Stone & Sallus is an email or phone call from ***** reminding you of an outstanding balance.Initial Complaint
