My son took an online coding class. After I cancelled the subscription, UCode continued to charge my debit card on a monthly basis. I contacted them and they promised, in writing, to refund the money. On August 9, 2021, UCode confirmed that it would refund the money, but did not do so. On August 18, 2021, I sent UCode another email asking about the status. That day, UCode responded by stating, "I'll push Finance to get you a reconciliation tomorrow." However, I heard nothing after that. Thus, on October 5, 2021, I sent an email to UCode stating, "Is this taken care of." That day, Ucode responded by stating, "No. But we can. Can I please have your bank details for a ACH transfer?" Later that day, I sent an email stating, "I really don't understand the delay. Here is the bank info. Please take care of this ASAP." To that email, I attached copies of my checks to indicate my bank account information. Unfortunately, there was no response. On October 19, 2021, I sent an email to UCode asking, "Have you refunded this?" However, to date, there has been no response.
