Dear*********************** administration ********************************************************************* After fourteen months since my last PT appointment in 2021, I received a bill, claiming I owe **** dollar for the service rendered. It surprised me to receive a bill after over 12 months after I received my services. I reviewed payments with my wife, and it looks like I missed one payment of **** Going back and forth via email and text, I receive a note that my bill was going to be adjusted to **** Now they claim I still owe them ***** In addition, there is a treatment on the three separate bills that I never received. I truly hope you will assist as I truly love the doctor, simply their accounting department is the worse I ever experienced as a businessperson. I would be extremely disappointed if their lack of professionalism would affect my credit. Just to ensure my credit score does not get affected I settled the bill today 11/21/2022Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 9, 2022/12/22) */ patients services that were rendered by members insurance was in an interanl audit thru the insurance company, some not all claims have been processed at this time and is still in PPR review this resulted patient recieving bills over a year because claims are just getting adjudicated. At this time patient does not have a balance due, HOWEVER, there is still claims that remain unpaid by the insurance and waiting for these claims to be processed.
