Went to get gas at Quicki Kleen in *******. Gave them my credit card to hold while I pumped to fill my car. I went back in to pay and asked if I could pay cash instead. I asked if they had run my card. The cashier (male) said they had not run my car and I could pay cash. He handed me my card and I paid the cash price. I was surprised to find later he had run my card and had charged me. I never signed anything. I ended up paying twice. My bank had to close my credit card and issued another one. $36.46Initial Complaint

On 6/22/22 I went in to have my car washed at Quicki Kleen in *******, ** off Yosemite. I choose #4 which cost $35. I drove the vehicle home and did a walk through around the car and realized the front of my vehicle paint was peeled off massively as it wasn't there previously. I immediately contacted the car wash and the gentleman asked me to come back. I went to the location to ask for the supervisor and an incident report. The group that was working on that day gathered around laughing as the owner spoke with the main guy in charge over the phone. I asked for camera footage because I know it wasn't there previously, but they refused. After asking over and over again the boss on duty handed me a wireless phone saying the owner wanted to chat with me. He then began chanting," the vehicle is my property and to f*** off and deal with it. He also mentioned f*** better business bureau when I mentioned I'd like to file a complaint or walk out with an incident report." After noticing I had the owner on recording the main guy snatched the wireless phone from my hand and spoke in Punjabi telling the owner he was recorded. I can understand Punjabi, so I was able to translate the message that was relayed back to the owner. I was then threatened to get off the property by the employees as their exact words were, "the boss is watching, the boss is watching the camera's and he's very mad. He said you need to leave." All of this took place while I'm on the phone with an attorney. I mentioned that I was a customer two hours ago now I'm a threat because I asked to get an incident report filled out and refunded. The following day I called requesting to talk to the owner for the report after 3 people putting me on hold, they mentioned they don't do an such reporting or documenting. Only way is to come when the owner is present. To avoid feeling violated again I reached out to BBB hoping to get refunded for the horrible service along with getting the damage repaired.
