I bought a mattress from mattress by appointment. In Manteca, on February 19th! By the beginning of April, I started having problems with it. There was a crease in the mattress and was causing me back pain. I have called them numerous times I have called corporates and left message after message after message with no return phone calls. I was then instructed to file a claim which I did I filled it out. I did exactly what they said. They got pictures and they then told me that I needed to remove the mattress off of the frame and take a picture of the empty frame. I told them. I said look. I have bad problems and I can't lift it. So I kept trying to call them again.No response.So finally I literally had to move my mattress with my back hurting to Pictures of an empty frame, which I still to this day. Have no idea what has that got to do with a mattress question mark question mark so I sent that in and I called the guy at the store that sold it to me and he said, well, they want you to send a picture of measuring with a yardstick, I said, look, I don't have A. Yardstick, I said first of all I've dealt with. Situations like this before and I said it's not my responsibility.I said someone needs to contact me.Or come out here and do it themselves.They are the ones that have That have the ability to do that.They are the ones that know exactly how to do that.And I said this is getting to be ridiculous.I said I bought this mattress.It's completely paid for 2 months ago and I can't even get help to replace the mattress. I asked the mattress by appointment. I said can you just give me a refund? So I can go somewhere else and purchase a different mattress away from your company. He's like no. We can't do that but yet. No one's calling me no one's helping me. I feel like maybe it's not a legitimate company. My back has been hurting and I spent $850 on just a mattress, not even the box spring.Can you please help me???
