Front Gate Vinyl contracted with me to install a Duramax Lifetime Warranty Fence with a 6 year labor warranty. I dealt with ***** who said he was an owner, I was later told he was not an owner, Installation began on May 15 and a down payment of $2000. was made, The installation was complete on May 18 and the remainder of my payment of $15,000.00 was made. No follow up contact was attempted from ***. Shortly thereafter my neighbor and I started making calls and sending emails asking they follow up to repair some areas that had come apart and to fix one of my gates as it would not close. There was no response. On June 30 I sent an email with an attached $200.00 bill for the electrical conduit they broke. (The conduit had been pointed out to each of them). This was ignored until August 7 when the work was done. The $200 bill was ignored completely Currently, that same gate is jammed shut and will not open, I cannot get into my backyard via that gate. I called *** on Oct 23 and was told by ******************************* that she would call on Oct 24 to schedule a time. I've not heard from here since. I called daily until the 'Voice Mail is Full and You Cannot Leave A Message', One day as I got that phone message I received a text that said she would call me at 4:00, so she knows I am calling. That was the last I've heard from them. I've been calling everyday and when the ** is full I send an email.I want my gate fixed, the $200.00 I paid to repair their damage and faster response if I have another problem with their work.
