Get Help Now charged my mother's checking account (I had POA, and was named on the account as well) three times 2/8/21, 5/5/21, and 8/5/21 ($74.85 each charge) for an emergency call service. My mom passed **** Christmas morning 12/25/20. The company was informed of the death, and the call box was returned. I am asking that those charges be reimbursed to me, **** *****, **** ******** *** ******* *** I am trying to close out my mother's bank account with Citizen's Bank. Thank youBusiness response
