Place an order of two cardigans from seller on 12/12/23. Received order conformation email in 12/11/23. Order contained pre-order items with an expected ship date of at time of purchase was 12/30-1/20. According to the stated pre-order policy on companys website, Items purchased on PRE-ORDER are subject to delivery between 1-2 weeks of the estimated shipping date that is provided in the items description at time of purchase.Therefore, the latest estimated delivery date was 2/3/2024. Contacted the company on 2/1/24 asking for a status update of the item. Received response from company on 2/2/24 stated the estimated ship date had changed to 2/29/24 - 3/25/24 which is more than 7-9 weeks more than the stated timeframe on the companys website at time of purchase. Contacted the company on 2/12/24 asking for the order to be cancelled as the order had not shipped nor delivered by expected time frame. No response has been received by the company. As of 4/8/24, the order has still not been shipped and no communication has been received. Reporting fraudulent website and online scams as orders are placed and items are never shipped or delivered to consumers.
