Someone came to inspect our air ducts on 8/22/2022. They scheduled me for service for 9/7/2022. They asked for a 10% deposit to hold my appointment. I have called on 8/31, 9/1, 9/2 and 9/6 to reschedule my appointment and have reached their answering services every time. No one has returned my call. They went ahead and deposited my check for $615.00 even though no services have been rendered and now they will not even return my phone call.Business response

me **************** spoke with the client ***** will be real and everything is OK and settled we just had a little low personal in in the office to return some phone calls
