            I ordered furniture on 11/26/2021 was given a delivery date of 1/10/2022 furniture never came tried calling no answer went down there they said the person that sold me the furniture is no longer working there and told me to pick another furniture selection told them there is no other bedroom sets I want besides the one I previous choose so they told me ok but wont come *********** March it never came in March now they said APRIL and again a week ago now telling me not coming in April maybe May I financed through SNAP so I contacted SNAP to cancel my account SNAP informed me they callled Martinez furniture and was told I would be charged a restocking fee which is a joke as there has been no furniture delivered and on 3/27/22 I was told furniture was still in ***** so why would there be a restocking fee this company is committing fraud I found out today they received there money for the furniture a while ago so as I stated I have no furniture and do not want to continue business with a company that I feel is stealing money I need help to cancel my account as I have been without bedroom furniture now for 6 months and need to purchase elsewhere please help in canceling my account with this company and putting a stop to them doing this to other people

            I made a purchase about 5 years ago and they donot honor their mattress warranty. Im not happy with this service due to the fact that a purchase was made and upon calling for warranty. At the owner request uploaded receipts, I was interrogated, then ignored. Then after days just to find out my warranty cannot be honored without any reasons as to why?. My purchase was $1500.00

The vast majority of our customers are very satisfied. We have the best reviews in the industry. Unfortunately, as discussed on the phone and via text messages your 5yr warranty has exspired. However, we just received a batch of queen 12" hybrid mattresses being offered at only $299. Please stop by and take a look the next time you are in the area.
