On 8/8/22 I purchased an item for $47.21 from Shopvieew.com, via PayPal.I received the following receipt from PayPal:Transaction ID ***************** Transaction date: Aug 13, 2022 22:39:56 EDT Merchant: ***************************, *********************** I called the # provided on the website and found it disconnected. I emailed *************************** and the company email requesting an order update. On June13,2022, I ordered an ****** Water Heater tank for my parent's motor home. It was to arrive on our before June 23rd. Money was withdrawn from my account on June 14th. June 23rd came and went with no water heater tank. I emailed ******************* on June 28th asking for an update on the status of the water heater tank and a shipping tracker number so I have something to check status on. I got no response. I wrote a second email on July 3rd, stating that I was unhappy that no response was given to first email, that I am still awaiting for tracking number or explanation on why the water heater has not arrived. Still no response. I WISH FOR A COMPLETE REFUND... as I will be purchasing from another vendor. We have gone long enough without hot water tank.Initial Complaint

Product was purchased 6/12/22 and stated it was shipped soon after. Tracking number provided was updated to reflect delivered. When contacting the courier DHL they were able to tell me I have the wrong tracking number as the item associated was a baby's jacket and was in fact delivered to a ** residence. There is no communication with Shopvieew.com their phone number listed is not usable and has been no response to numerous inquiries by email.
