When the tenants moved out of my house in December 2021, the spa needed to be fix and the rental company (Pacific coastal rentals) used ********************** *** services. Then *** from ********************** spa came to see the damages and what need to be replace. He estimated 2 to 3 months for the new items to be delivered. On march 2nd he came to fix the spa and the new lid do not fit my spa. the straps are located in different places and do not match the ones on the spa. *** realized his mistake and informed me that he contacted the manufacturer and the right lid will be here in 24 weeks. Unfortunately the following day, I received a message from Matt ********************** spa and he yelled that was my cover because I let it unpacked. I sent him pictures of my spa and misfit cover. He informed me that he was done doing business with me and hang up on me. I also informed the rental agency (Pacific Coastal Rental) about the misfit cover, they politely send me the contact info of Balanced Spa Center.
