      I was Contacted on 1/26/2024 to pay an amount that the rental agency will not disclose the reason for charges that were sent to a collection agency. There was never contact made to reasoning owing Pacific Coast Rental or what the charges of.I also have requested reasoning for withholding the security deposit and have not received any information regarding along with no information for any of the charges being sent to collections.I left due to harassment and unlawful actions being made towards me by Pacific Coast Rentals. I have not been a tenant for PCR for 8 months but continue to be harassed. The actions of this rental agency have caused me mental stress, with anxiety, and influenced my decision to relocate to attend college elsewhere. This rental agency is unlawful and through what I have experienced I recommend it be put under investigation. Thank you,*****************************

      In response to ********************** complaint, it is very sad to hear he was so unhappy as our tenant and that he had to pay his portion of gas from PG&E to cover his cooking, heating, & hot water (as we all do) that it caused him to put his notice in to move. Upon move out and as to ********** requirements we have 21 days to return any security deposit with a statement of charges, we did indeed send him his move out statement to the only address that we had for him. We follow all rules that is required. I do understand that money is tight for everyone everywhere but as to the rental agreement, signed by ******************** and his Co-signer, his utilities were to be paid by him. It should not be at the expense of the owner. So then, ******************** made the choice to move, we did not ask him to leave. Then he made the choice to take us to court after he moved out trying to *** us for a huge absurd amount of money because he said he had to move out. We all went to court and HE LOST. We did also give him his tenant ledger and his move out statement at that time and it is recorded by the court reporter that I was handing him the paperwork to him personally. Now again, he says he never got any paperwork from us when he moved but that is not true. We were never given a forwarding address or any contact info for him that we have had to send him to collections through his co-signer for the amount that he owes the owner for all the garbage, dump fees for removing a bed, a computer chair, etc...and for someone to come in and clean the grime that he left. He is more than welcome to pick up copies of his paperwork or he can give us an address where we can send it, up to him. As the Judge told him we did nothing wrong or unlawful. We showed the Judge our procedure of move out and that we did everything as required by law.

      My stuff and car was stolen and I paid 700 to move in two units that was full of rat s*** f**** dead rats with people that were squat and live in them with children and doing drugs I called the owner she moved me down to the fewer nicer ones were not even a week later the Chil locks were changed the building was painted and I couldnt get in them I waited two weeks for them to get back to me and they never got back to me try to tell me that the owner was out of town then she had a very rude attitude about it I finally went out there and I was going to cut the locks myself and there was a lock that would already off and left open with all my s*** gone and then that my car was in blocked with a truck so I can and and and are not to to me that was a yard to this its a scam and they need to be dealt with and shut the f*** down

      This person had put her items in a garage storage unit that she did not have a contract to be in and the units were vacant and they were rented out and once the new tenants arrived to put there items in the garages they were unlocked and had a few items in them I was told, and looked as if there were squatters. So from there we followed protocol to move then new tenants in the units that they have signed leases for and the complainant come to find out after having to call the ******************** because of her trying to break in and threatening to harm the currant tenants which was captured on camera, the Sheriff recognized the the woman and said the name that we knew her as was not her name. She is very well know at the county jail and commonly uses her sisters name and ID because they so much alike and because this woman has active warrants. She had rented 2 other garages using her sisters ID and sign into a contract using her sisters name which legally she is not a renter at any of our facilities.
