    On 10/27/21 , I placed an online order for two (2) items. I received one (1) item, but still have not received the second item. I followed up with the business via email and the last contact I had with Manuka ****** was on 12/15/21 at 1:10 pm stating that the second item will be rushed to me. I sent an email to follow up on 01/10/22 and again on 01/14/22. I tried calling the phone number on file, but the operator said "the line has been disconnected" (01/21/22). My credit card was charged for the full amount (both items) on 10/27/21 for $98.70. I have been trying to request either my item or a refund, but cannot get a hold of this business.

    I ordered a camisole from *********, *******************, on July 18, 2022. ($102.50) I ordered the same size I have several of already. It did arrive in a timely manner, but 4 inches smaller than expected. No paperwork was included as expected for an exchange so an email was sent to the web address as instructed on the website. Heard nothing I finally sent an email to the director, *******************, on July 29th and did get a prompt response with a promise to send another cami, return label and proper form. Heard nothing.A MONTH later I contacted the ************* director again with a promise it would be checked into that day. Nothing but silence since then! No excuse for such poor customer service.
