  ***** Gonzalez Illegally towed my 2008 ****** Altima. The vehicle had me and my children's personal property inside. Literally all we had. Gonzalez Towing has illegally towed multiple vehicles of mine this past year and a half, almost two years. They are known for stealing property out of towed vehicles and especially illegally towing vehicles from unsuspecting people. They are also in kahoots with the ************************* who have also been harassing me and violating my rights. ***** Gonzalez is a family member who has been trying to illegally take my families property. There people know that I am pregnant and expecting a baby in less than four months. This is immoral, hateful and disgusting. I am in the process of getting a restraining order on ***** Gonzalez. Also, a civil case against all of these people is expected in the near future. I have had enough of the stress they are causing me, pain and suffering as well. The proper authorities have been contacted on all of these people and complaints have been made. My civil rights have been violated multiple times and they need to leave my family and our property alone. NOW. Stop stealing my stuff and stop trying to intimidate me. Just Stop it.

  Please ignore future complaints from ***************************. She has been constantly harassing us as well as the ************************* and not to mention harassing people with the same last name "Gonzalez" and are accusing them of being related to us and "stealing" from her. She is trying to get money out of us by making complaints and will not stop until she does. We do hope she seeks the help that she needs. This will be our last time responding to any future complaints from ***************************. Thank You & God bless!

   I am rejecting this response because:
  I have proof and evidence to show that Gonzalez Towing and the mendota police department have illegally towed and kept multiple vehicles of mine. A 2010 ************* **** F-150, 2008 ****** Altima, my car in which they recently took from a private property, and this is not the first time they have illegally towed this vehicle. It had all my clothes and personal property inside along with my childrens toys and clothes. My tools and and much much more. These people have been harassing me for almost two years now. Why? Because they are all involved in illegally trying to take the possession of my families property in *******. ******************** from Gonzalez Towing is the cousin to ***** Gonzalez. ***** is the person trying to claim possession of my property, he is also the guy who owns ************. Not a coincidence. I also have proof showing they illegally went onto my property and removed my vehicle. From the same property ****** trying to steal. Also, ****************** is a member of law enforcement. Therefore, the kahoots with the Mendota PD exist. 

  Also, my ****** was damaged due to the tires having issues with the lug nuts or studs. I had a tire fall off on the highway and almost wrecked. This was after Gonzalez Towing illegally took the ****** the first time. I had to run to the city of ******* to get a hold of the city manager and the chief of police *****, showed up. I went one on one with him and at the end of the Convo, the chief told Gonzalez Tow to release my ****** free of charge. Obviously, that's an admission of guilt and they were in the wrong. Since then, they have tried to take this nissa at least 4 or 5 times. 

  I made a report and the ****** is in the stolen vehicle logs. I also have the bumper to the ****** with the licence plate on it, that also proves I had the ****** in my possession. I am the registered owner. I can also prove how all of these parties are in connection with thefts of my property, personal items, my vehicles and much more. Gonzalez Towing has been sued before for stealing peoples vehicles, personal property and more. Its even on ******* public records. They have a history of doing these things. 

  They are all being investigated by the proper authorities for their unscrupulous acts and a civil suit is going to be filed on all parties including the City of ******* very soon. 

  I am 6 months pregnant and have suffered emotional distress and pain and suffering because of these people. If they continue to trespass on my property and take my personal property, they will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

  ******** towing along with a few cops illegally towed my car. This is the 3rd vehicle that they have towed and they are re selling vehicles and using the cops to do it. They recycling the cars. They have been stealing out of n my vehicles and harassing me. There family is also claiming to have bought my property, real estate. These people have been causing me so much emotional distress. They are stopping me from seeing my children. They have threatened me. Called me racist names. I just want my car

  Our job with our local police department that we have been serving for years now is to tow vehicles in violation with the law which is cars with expired registrations or abandoned vehicles and so on. We are also able to lien vehicles that are here in our lot after 72 hours or longer, which we are able to do in 34 days to resale or junk the vehicle. We are just a local towing company that are here to help serve our community as well as our beloved police department to fulfill their needs. We have been threatened and harassed by the same person that is filling the complaint. We have already contacted our police department to let them know about the harassment which they told us to give them a call if she was to return to our business. We have done nothing wrong, we have called no one any type of racist names. We are just doing our job and the police department agrees with us. I suggest in the future that she files complaints with the police department.

  At the time i was supposed to write a response back in 5 days I was not able to due to my phone being stolen and harassment from the *************************. I am trying to fight for my property which the police illegally evicted me off of and are trying to help these same ******** people steal my property. literally. They towed 3 of my vehicles illegally using the help from members of the police department. Next thing you know, cops come to my property to say *************************** owns my property. Then i was illegally arrested and taken to *********************** on trespassing charges. On a property that i have paid property taxes on back to 2012. I have lived on the property since 2015. My 4th amendment rights have been violated multiple times and im currently going to court because of these malicious and false charges. 

  Not only are the Gonzalez Towing people contracted with the mendota police but some of them grew up together. So you can see the connection is a bit different. These people are in kahoots and are breaking the law and doing things they shouldnt due. They stole tools out of my vehicles and other things as well . My vehicle was also damaged and panels were taken off from the inside. Currently one of the owners of *********************** is on the run. He was on crime stoppers just the other day. I believe it was for stolen vehicle and embezzlement.,Also, i am currently working on a claim for another vehicle that this towing company illegally took, again with the help from the mendota pd.I literally saw the chief of police standing by my ***** malibu that i had at the time.I had full coverage on that vehicle and *********************** has not given me the vehicle or said anything to me about it. Either way they have to give up that malibu with no questions asked. If anything im sure my insurance will deal with any situation that *** arise when dealing with this tow company. 

  One last thing, im also working with certain government agencies to stop the fraud on my house.
