I ordered a blanket from this company on 10/8/22. I waited 2 weeks 2 get it. I reached out to the company asking when I would get it. They responded within 2 days of my email and even provided a tracking number. They charged my debit card 2 more times on 10/26, so I had to deactivate my debit card. My package arrived today. I was expecting a king size blanket. I received a washcloth.Initial Complaint

Hello I placed an order for $39.99 Order number ****************** with this company mellow. They provided the tracking and I waited for my shipment which was suppose to be delivered on 9/29 checked my mailbox. Not there but on my side it shows left at mailbox when I call the post office to confirm they told me the item was delivered to a completely different address that sender changed the address and it was an envelope delivered USPS tracking number: 9400109206094559877160 Items in this shipment Mellow® Chunky Knit Blanket × 1 White / King SizeInitial Complaint

Ordered a blanket 9/27/22. Website says ships within 1-2 days. Hasn’t shipped yet. Reached out via email (responded to their email in regards to receiving order) and they asked me questions about order number and address (which was in the email I responded to) and haven’t heard from them since. I did reach out to my credit card and filed a dispute because they did charge my credit card as soon as I ordered the blanket.
