I went into the dentist to have my denture repaired in December 2021. The dentist recommended new dentures that would require a tooth pull, I didn’t have many to start with. I invested in deep cleanings and anything else recommended to me by the dentist and oral surgeon. I took the advice of these professionals believing that it would improve my quality of life. I have since lost a tooth, scheduled to have more teeth removed and another denture purchased and have been in more pain and more uncomfortable then I have been in years. I repeatedly asked for an itemized bill and was never provided one. I need some help and their solution is to have me come in one more time. I wanted my original request processed. I want my original denture fixed and want a refund for any purchases made for dentures with this company.Business response
