I purchased a 1 yr subscription with this company for their app Lensa AI. This purchase was on 12/23/22. I was able to use the app for about 1 week with no issue but then I made the switch to a different phone and lost access. I tried to restore the purchase on the new phone but the account would not link when I tried restoring the purchase and I lost access to the premium membership. Some time passed and I reached out to the customer service on 12/8/23 hoping for a resolution and restored access to the premium membership. The company was responsive at first but after a few emails started to delay their responses. They asked for me to try a few things to resolve this and get them more info to look into it which I provided. The last email I received from them was 12/28/23, they responded saying that I wasn't able to use the app since the subscription expired 5 days ago on 12/23/23. This is a very lazy response in my opinion and it doesn't feel like they made any effort to resolve the issue. Purchased on the Apple app store, order id **********.Initial Complaint

I had no idea that they were going to charge me $29.00 me the app does not work very well with the photo editing I need money back.that was for food last week .
